Trade School collaborated with Southwest Airlines to support their internal communications during a pivotal period of organizational change. Tasked with engaging employees and equipping them to embrace the company’s "Tomorrow Together" corporate strategy, we partnered closely with Southwest’s Corporate Communications team to ensure every message was clear, inspiring, and actionable. Our approach focused on connecting employees with leadership’s vision while empowering them to play an active role in implementing key initiatives across the system.

To achieve this, we developed a series of educational videos that brought complex initiatives to life with clarity and energy. The videos featured concise messaging, dynamic visuals, and relatable narratives to resonate with Southwest’s diverse workforce.

By aligning the creative approach with the airline’s iconic brand personality and commitment to its people, the campaign reinforced unity and purpose—providing employees with the knowledge and confidence to help shape the company’s future.
