SMALL BUSINESS STORYTELLING
Respect The Hustle
There’s a story behind every FedEx small business partner — stories of grit and sacrifice. We created a YouTube series to tell those stories, highlighting the defining attributes that make small business owners special. Here’s some examples from the 8-part series that featured a variety of SMB stories across industries.

BUILDING BRANDS
Feel Whole
AdventHealth is one of the nation’s largest non-profit healthcare organizations. They needed support building brand awareness at the corporate level, while also driving volume across the system’s many regions and service lines. We tapped into their differentiated approach to whole person care, and developed the brand platform: Feel Whole. The campaign was brought to life through an omni-channel campaign, that also included the Feel Whole Challenge - a program that empowered people to take their health into their own hands with a 21 day toolkit for beginning a whole person health journey. Additionally, through video content, custom quizzes, influencer partnerships, and an app experience, we helped shift the perception of sick-care to an always on habit.

Built-in Pins
We created Built-in Pins to help first-time homeowners turn their inspiration into reality. This campaign featured Pin-worthy rooms we built from scratch, allowing users to see each step of the transformation and shop products directly within Pinterest’s first shoppable 360-degree experience. With over 1,500 pieces of content and a full-funnel media strategy, we drove conversions by tapping into the DIY spirit on Pinterest.
THE HOME DEPOT
INFLUENCER MARKETING
How to Undo
Trade School has an Influencer Marketing team of 18 people, who managed more than 330 influencer partnerships last year. We create custom and scalable programs—ranging from Influencer-led UGC campaigns to fully scripted, agency-produced episodic series.
For example, we were tasked to help The Home Depot reach a younger audience, we created an episodic YouTube series that tapped into the insight that young homeowners are prone to more mistakes as they navigate home projects for the first time. We worked with influencer talent Mike Montgomery to create a show that would teach DIYers how to fix their most common mistakes with approachable, entertaining content. We produced 21 episodes in 22 days at Trade School Studios.

ATLANTA PROUD
Come Together, Thrive Together
With over 28 years and a billion dollars of giving across six major categories—youth development, democracy, environment, mental health, founder initiatives, and developing the Westside of Atlanta—encapsulating the foundation’s story in 90 seconds was no easy feat. Creatively, we wanted to highlight the humanity that has always been central to the organization’s legacy while also bringing a modern perspective to the enterprise. Leveraging a mix of archival footage, new branding elements, and a lean production crew to document some of the ongoing projects across Atlanta—we were honored to help tell this story.
