You’ve Never Been More Ready

With more and more people renovating their homes during the pandemic, The Home Depot wanted to showcase their ability to support and encourage all kinds of homeowners across their full remodeling journey. But every remodeler is as unique as the remodel itself. We developed the creative platform, “You’ve Never Been More Ready” and then scaled the idea across 6 different consumer journeys with personalized content tailored to each channel and type of remodeler, whether they leaned DIYer, Do-it-for-me, or somewhere in between. With a 5 day production, the result was over 270 pieces of content, including 17 Videos, with personalized messaging across our unique remodeler personas, touching on each phase of the remodeler journey. 

 
 

PUBLIX SUPERMARKETS

It’s Just a Game

Super Bowl Sunday is thought to be the second-largest food consumption day in the U.S., behind Thanksgiving. So our challenge was to help make sure Publix is the place to shop and prepare for all Big Game watch-party needs. Our integrated campaign leveraged a mix of utility and emotion to concept audience-specific creative ideas for each channel and platform. We created recipe-focused “Prep Talk” Reels, product-centric social and digital, in-store signage and emotional long-form video centered around Publix’s brand value of togetherness.

Respect The Hustle

This 6 part YouTube docu-series highlights small businesses that rely on FedEx to fuel their growing business. We concepted, shot, and managed live-action productions across the country, working with small business owners who embody different attributes of “the hustle.”

Home Depot Pro

The Home Depot isn't just for DIYers—it's where the Pros go to get more done, and we support this audience with full-funnel omni channel content. Here are a few examples across video storytelling, digital and social content.


This work highlights: an episodic YouTube series featuring Contractor and Designer duo Chris and Yvonne, of Reclaimed Karma. The series walks Pros through common project requests and client demands, in a casual and easy to digest format.


When Pros need to get more done, The Home Depot is the partner they need to make it happen. With demand for building materials higher than ever, another touchpoint we have with Pros is helping them understand The Home Depot can fill their orders on time. We created a library of content featuring The Home Depot's massive Direct Fulfillment Center to demonstrate the brand’s ability to deliver when Pros need it most.

How to Undo

You can find a how-to video for almost anything you want to learn. But what if you mess up while you’re trying that new project? It’s basically impossible to find anything to help you fix your mistakes.

In order to help The Home Depot engage with a younger demographic and show people how to fix the most common mistakes made when taking on a DIY project, we created the How To Undo content series.

Working with influencer talent Mike Montgomery from Modern Builds, we wrote, directed, and produced two 10-episode seasons, (each shot in just 10 days at Trade School Studios) that turned boring how-to’s into something people would tune in for.

One of Trade School’s unique offerings is our Dynamic capability which helps clients scale digital content creation efficiently and accelerate speed to market. We’ve built a specialized team and custom workflow to achieve this high volume production, and leverage MarTech tools (like RevJet), animation, design systems, and adaptable templates.
