HEALTHCARE EXPERTISE
Feel Whole
AdventHealth is one of the nation’s largest non-profit healthcare organizations. They needed support building brand awareness at the corporate level, while also driving volume across the system’s many regions and service lines. We tapped into their differentiated approach to whole person care, and developed the brand platform: Feel Whole. The campaign was brought to life through an omni-channel campaign, that also included the Feel Whole Challenge - a program that empowered people to take their health into their own hands with a 21 day toolkit for beginning a whole person health journey. Additionally, through video content, custom quizzes, influencer partnerships, and an app experience, we helped shift the perception of sick-care to an always on habit.
We then leveraged our Mainspring AI Content Engine to scale the Feel Whole brand platform across specific geographies and service lines, creating tailored content across multiple points of the consumer journey. In addition, we’ve partnered with their in-house marketing team, sharing best practices for scalable content production and identifying opportunities to restructure internal workflows in order to increase efficiency and maximize creative output.

We created a YouTube series to tell those stories, highlighting the defining attributes that make small business owners special. Masterclass Series
Inuit Mailchimp has an incredible in-house agency, but content demands were outpacing internal capacity. In order to help them scale, Trade School built a custom team that integrated directly into Inuit Mailchimp’s creative team to help tell their story and promote their extensive suite of tools for small businesses. Our work together spanned email, social content, website landing pages, long-form articles, and production of live events, including the Inuit Mailchimp E-commerce Masterclass Series. We collectively developed streamlined workflow processes, and plugged directly into Inuit Mailchimp’s tools and systems (including Workfront, Figma, Slack, and a shared secure Google server), to enable seamless collaboration across teams.

We partnered as an extension of Southwest Airline's Internal Corporate Communication team to develop a series of videos focused on educating staff on upcoming organizational changes. We provided creative support, along with full-service production and post, shooting across six locations to bring the stories to life.

One of Trade School’s unique offerings is our Mainspring AI™ Content Engine, which helps clients scale digital and social content creation efficiently, and accelerate speed to market leveraging AI. We’ve built a specialized team and workflow to achieve this high volume production, powered by AI-driven tools, strategic expertise, MarTech, automation, design systems, and adaptable templates to enable scale and personalization.
For a recent project for Coach, we were able to produce over 1000 unique assets across Digital, Social, Email and Web in just 6 weeks.

INFLUENCER MARKETING
How to Undo
Trade School has an Influencer Marketing team of 18 people, who managed more than 330 influencer partnerships last year. We create custom and scalable programs—ranging from Influencer-led UGC campaigns to fully scripted, agency-produced episodic series.
For example, we were tasked to help The Home Depot reach a younger audience, we created an episodic YouTube series that tapped into the insight that young homeowners are prone to more mistakes as they navigate home projects for the first time. We worked with influencer talent Mike Montgomery to create a show that would teach DIYers how to fix their most common mistakes with approachable, entertaining content. We produced 21 episodes in 22 days at Trade School Studios.
