THE HOME DEPOT

Remodeler Campaign

With more and more people renovating their homes during the pandemic, The Home Depot wanted to showcase their ability to support and encourage all kinds of homeowners across their full remodeling journey. But every remodeler is as unique as the remodel itself. We developed the creative platform, “You’ve Never Been More Ready” and then scaled the idea across 6 different consumer journeys with personalized content tailored to each channel and type of remodeler, whether they leaned DIYer, Do-it-for-me, or somewhere in between. With a 5 day production, the result was over 270 pieces of content, including 17 Videos, with personalized messaging across our unique remodeler personas, touching on each phase of the remodeler journey. 

 

THE HOME DEPOT

Home Depot Design Center

We helped The Home Depot create a new, experiential retail brand called the Home Depot Design Center. It’s a unique showroom for all things home remodeling, designed to give customers first-hand experience with the brand’s collection of higher-end home appliances and decor.

 

COSTA RICA TOURISM

Save the Americans

In order to drive Costa Rica tourism we developed a multi-faceted campaign based on the insight that Americans are overworked and under-vacationed. Our campaign leveraged beautiful scenery and serenading animals to bring tourists to the county. In addition to out of home stunts, social, and digital, we also created an anthemic video to showcase the gorgeous and unique experiences awaiting you in Costa Rica.

 

THE HOME DEPOT

Built-in Pins

We wanted to give first time homeowners the confidence to move beyond just inspiration pin boards and turn their “befores” into their very own “afters.” So we created Built-in Pins, a series of Pin-worthy rooms literally built from scratch inside a Pin. For the first time, people could see every step of their inspiration brought to life, and with the first shoppable 360 experience in Pinterest, people could shop the products directly within the platform. And we created over 1,500 pieces of content with full-funnel media strategies to drive conversion.

 

MORRIS BROWN COLLEGE

The Hard Reset

Since the school’s accreditation was revoked two decades ago, students of this Atlanta HCBU have been unable to receive federal financial aid to help pay tuition. This has been a major blow to enrollment. The school, which previously had an enrollment rate of 2,500 students, had about 50.

Morris Brown College needed to show the world that things were about to change. So, paying homage to our Atlanta roots we aided in helping the school tell its story, and encouraged future students to apply.

 

DYNAMIC CREATIVE STUDIO

Enabling Scale & Personalization

We’ve built our unique Dynamic Creative Studio capability to further enable scale and personalization across social and digital assets. We have a dedicated team with specialized skill sets and use a combination of MarTech tools, animation, and templatization. This offering helps increase speed to market and ability to scale affordably.

 

INFLUENCER MARKETING

How to Undo

Trade School also has an Influencer Marketing team of nearly 20 people, who manage over 300 influencer partnerships each year. We create custom and scalable programs—ranging from Influencer-led UGC campaigns to fully scripted, agency-produced episodic series.

Here’s one example of a campaign to help The Home Depot reach a younger audience, where we co-created an episodic YouTube series that tapped into the insight that young homeowners are prone to more mistakes as they navigate home projects for the first time. We worked with influencer talent Mike Montgomery to create a 20 part series that would teach DIYers how to fix their most common mistakes with approachable, entertaining content.

The show has over 1M views to date.
