Tomorrow Together
Southwest Airlines needed to communicate with their employees about a variety of upcoming changes across the organization, and equip them with the knowledge and tools to help implement the initiatives across the system. So we worked as an extension of their Corp Comms team to create a series of educational videos explaining how leadership was tackling these big initiatives, and how individual employees could be a part of the “Tomorrow Together” corporate strategy.

Leadership Matters
Through a combination of interviews, real-life examples, and expert advice, we explore the fundamental principles that make Chick-fil-A's leadership culture unique and successful. This teaser video is the first in a multi-part series that will serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for existing and aspiring leaders within the Chick-fil-A team, fostering a culture of growth, empathy, and empowerment for all.

Respect The Hustle
There’s a story behind every FedEx small business partner — stories of grit and sacrifice. We created a YouTube series to tell those stories, highlighting the defining attributes that make small business owners special. The series scaled across a variety of SMB verticals and geographies, leveraging our nimble production approach.

How to Undo
The Home Depot wanted to reach a younger audience, so we created an episodic YouTube series that tapped into the insight of young homeowners being more likely to make mistakes as they navigate home projects for the first time. We partnered with influencer talent Mike Montgomery to create a show that would teach DIYers how to fix their most common mistakes with approachable, entertaining content. We shot 21 episodes in 21 days at Trade School Studios, and the show has over 1M views to date.

The Hard Reset
Since the school’s accreditation was revoked two decades ago, students of this Atlanta HCBU have been unable to receive federal financial aid to help pay tuition. This has been a major blow to enrollment. The school, which previously had an enrollment rate of 2,500 students, had about 50. Morris Brown College needed to show the world that things were about to change. So, paying homage to our Atlanta roots, we aided in helping the school tell its story, and encouraged future students to apply.

With over 28 years and a billion dollars of giving across 6 major categories encapsulating the foundation’s story in 90 seconds was no easy feat. Creatively, we highlighted the humanity that has always been central to the organizations’ legacy, while also bringing a modern perspective to the enterprise.

You’ve Never Been More Ready
The Home Depot wanted to showcase their ability to support and encourage all kinds of homeowners across their full remodeling journey. We developed the creative platform, “You’ve Never Been More Ready” and then scaled the idea across 6 different consumer journeys with personalized content tailored to each channel and type of remodeler.
With a 5 day production, the result was over 270 pieces of content, including 17 Videos, with personalized messaging across our unique remodeler personas, touching on each phase of the remodeler journey.

We’ve built a unique Dynamic creative capability to further enable scale and personalization across social and digital assets. We have a dedicated team with specialized skill sets and use a combination of MarTech tools, animation, and templatization. This offering helps increase speed to market and ability to scale affordably.
